How can I check that you have received my order?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed successfully.

If you have not received it yet, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us and we will assist you further.

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from the date your order was placed, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address by going to My Account → Addresses and selecting Edit.

Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has already been placed.

If an order has already been shipped, the address can only be updated if the parcel is returned back to us. Once returned, we may reship it to the correct address. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for reshipments.
